A new report from NCCI on the effectiveness of workers' compensation fee schedules

Minnesota uses a workers’ compensation fee schedule for determining the amount payable to a medical provider for services rendered. The NCCI (National Council on Compensation Insurance) released a study on the effectiveness of the workers’ compensation fee schedule in various states.  The full report can be read here.
