The Minnesota workers’ compensaton process

trip-hazardThe following was taken from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Website. I think it does a nice job of illustrating what takes place during the workers’ compensation process. Incidentally, I would recommend that you consult with an attorney as early as possible in the process. Most injuries are soft tissue and resolve within a short period of time. However, if you believe you have an injury that is more than a minor exacerbation, you should consult with an experienced attorney to discuss your rights.
